We are a small family business based in Auckland, New Zealand.

Our product is concentrated Russian Style Cilli Paste ADJEEKA.

ADJEEKA is really versatile. It can be used for meat, seafood, pasta, vegetables, dips, sauces, marinades. It gives food a nice flavour and a bit of kick without being too hot. Please visit our Recipes Page for the ways to use it.

ADJEEKA has NO SUGAR, NO VINEGAR, NO PRESERVATIVES.

For FREE TASTING on Saturday please visit us on Facebook.

We produce ADJEEKA in 3 flavours: Classic, with Walnuts, Mild.

ADJEEKA Classic is basically a hot pepper paste with extra virgin olive oil, salt, garlic, herbs. We make it according to the old recipe of our owner's grandmother. You can read his story in our History Page.

ADJEEKA with Walnuts contents the same ingredients and some Walnuts.

ADJEEKA Mild was created because ADJEEKA Classic and ADJEEKA with Walnuts was too strong for some of our buyers but they really liked the taste. It includes the same ingredients as ADJEEKA Classic and some mild paprika.

ADJEEKA is really cost efficient because it is concentrated. The net weight of the jar is 320 g and it contents 92 servings.

All our ADJEEKA is hand made  in New Zealand in small quantities which provides it is always fresh. We add no preservatives because the ingredients (pepper, garlic, oil and salt) themselves are natural preservatives and their combination has been tested for decades. ADJEEKA contents no sugar and no vinegar. It is not commercial but home made style and we sell it only in gourmet shops,
